We offer one of the most authentic Jollof Rice in Australia with multiple layers of flavour to cause a nostalgic effect.
Made from scratch with parboiled long grain rice cooked down in a base of a well prep tomatoes, red bell peppers, and scotch bonnet, built on a rich stock and seasoned with bay leaves, thyme, and smoked paprika, butter and more.
It slow cooks covered until the rice absorbs the stew completely, coming out deep red, buttered, smoky at the crust, and fluffy through the center. Every grain carries the sauce. That bottom layer? Intentional. No shortcuts.
Also available for vegetarians.
