Processing Times
All orders are processed within [1–3 business days] after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays (Western Australia) will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

We ship to all states and territories across Australia.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and selected shipping method. All rates are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your delivery through [Carrier Name, e.g., Australia Post / Sendle / StarTrack].

Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to:

GRASSKEY is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control. However, we will always do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within [7 days] of the expected delivery date at orders@grasskey.com.au with:

- A description of the issue
- Photos (if the item is damaged)
We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. GRASSKEY is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at orders@grasskey.com.au we can only amend addresses before dispatch.
