Made from scratch with fresh beef and imported ingredients, ground melon seeds (egusi) fried first in hot palm oil until it blooms and browns, then slow-cooked in a rich base of blended scotch bonnet, crayfish, and deep rich stock building layer by layer before the meat, and dried seafoods goes in. Green leaves folded through at the end, just enough to wilt but keep their colour. Thick, textured, and built for swallow. Every pot is personal with no shortcuts.
