It’s bold, spicy, thick and deeply flavorful tomato based sauce that is a cornerstone of many West African cuisine. Made from scratch with a base of freshly prep blended tomatoes and red bell peppers deepened with concetrated tomato paste, fried down low and slow in hot vegetable oil with onions, garlic, ginger, and scotch bonnet until the rawness is completely cooked out and the colour turns deep red. Seasoned through and simmered. We don't rush this process, with a goal to offer you only the best in taste and quality.
