Banga Soup (Palm nut soup)

Our Banga Soup is not everyday food, it is the kind of dish that makes an ordinary day feels like an occasion. We start with extracted palm nut juice, rich in natural oils and deep earthy flavour, then slow cook it with a carefully selected blend of West African spices, fresh seafood, tender meat, and aromatics that fill the room before the bowl even reaches the table.
